About ScaleXB
ScaleXB is an independent technology platform built in Europe, from Vienna. We run investor onboarding, KYC/AML, cap table, and reporting for entrepreneurs raising €50k to €10M through private placements, so rounds close in weeks instead of months.
Running a private round the traditional way takes 8 to 16 weeks: lawyer coordination, per-investor KYC packs, Docusign chains, spreadsheet cap tables, and manual reporting. ScaleXB replaces all of it with a single guided workflow. Entrepreneurs launch a raise in days, onboard investors in minutes, and run reporting automatically for the life of the investment.
Our platform supports three instruments: Tokenized Equity (a profit-participation right) for standard private rounds, Tokenized Bonds for non-dilutive debt, and the Tokenized Convertible for rounds where the valuation stays open until the next lead investor sets it. All three run on the same investor onboarding, audit trail, and reporting infrastructure, so entrepreneurs never migrate data as their raise scales.
ScaleXB is a technology platform. We are not a regulated financial services provider, broker-dealer, investment adviser, or securities issuer. Your raise is structured as a private placement under applicable EU and national private-placement exemptions, and legal responsibility for the offering remains with your operating company and its legal counsel.
What we provide is the operational infrastructure: investor onboarding flows, KYC and AML checks via licensed third-party providers, digital subscription documentation, a live cap table, automated reporting, and a full audit trail. Our platform is designed to meet the operational standards that sophisticated private-placement investors expect, and to produce documentation that withstands scrutiny from entrepreneurs' auditors, lawyers, and future institutional investors.
We work with a named securities lawyer in the EU as ongoing counsel, and we structure platform features in consultation with them.

ScaleXB's platform is built by a dedicated engineering team working directly with the founder. The team handles platform development, integrations with KYC and AML providers, and ongoing infrastructure.
